We stand behind the quality of our services. This policy explains when refunds are available, when they are not, and how to request one.
Service Not Yet Started
If you have paid for a service but our CA has not yet commenced work on your case, you are eligible for a full refund. Requests must be made within 48 hours of payment.
Duplicate Payment
If you have been charged twice for the same service due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full within 3-5 business days of identification.
Technical Error at Payment
If your payment was debited but the order was not confirmed due to a gateway or system error, a full refund will be processed automatically within 5-7 business days. Contact us if it does not reflect in your account.
Unable to Deliver Service
In rare cases where we are unable to complete a service due to reasons attributable to our team (e.g., CA unavailability, portal access issues on our end), we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your discretion.
Service Not as Described
If the service delivered materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase, you may raise a dispute within 7 days of service completion. We will review and refund if the claim is substantiated.
Service Already Commenced
Once your assigned CA has begun work — reviewed your documents, prepared filings, or filed any application — the service is considered commenced and refunds are not applicable, unless due to our error.
Government Fees and Stamp Duty
Any government fees, stamp duties, DIN/DSC charges, trademark fees, or other statutory fees paid to government portals or third parties are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
Document Issues Caused by Client
If a filing is rejected, delayed, or cannot be completed because the client provided incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent documents, no refund will be applicable. Our professional fee covers the work done, not the government's decision.
Change of Mind After Work Begins
Refunds are not provided if you decide to withdraw from a service after work has commenced, or if you choose to avail the same service from another provider.
Dissatisfaction with Government Outcome
We guarantee professional quality work by qualified CAs, not specific outcomes from government departments (e.g., refund amounts from Income Tax, trademark registration outcome, GST notice resolution). We cannot control government discretion.
Requests Beyond 7 Days
Refund requests raised more than 7 business days after service completion (or 48 hours for "service not started" cases) will not be considered. Please raise any concerns promptly.
